..:::How To Pet
Q:Today I founds some lumps unders the skin of my dog while I was playing with her. These lumps (2) are at the breast/belly area. Something like Cysts or Fibroadenomas but I might be wrong as I am not a doctor.

She is ten years old puddel.

I am worried about her. How serious it could be. Sadly, we have very poor veterinary system where I live (Tbilisi, Georgia) and it will not be easy to seek a qualified help.

I have attached a video files so it would be easier for you to tell.

(divx codec required)

Thank you all.
A:I didn't look at the video because anyway,we can't tell by just looking at it! You need to get them tested.Your vet is able to take a sample and send it to a lab,it's not that expensive,I've been there many,many times.It may be just a fatty lump but if you say it's at the breast area,I wouldn't take any chances if I was you.Good luck.
A:I agree with Frenchy. Only a vet can determine if a lump is a benign cyst or a cancerous tumour. Please take her to a vet and post again with an update.
A:Even fatty tumors can contain an aggressive mass cell cancer so it needs to be checked out.

THe vet would insert a needle into the lump to draw out cells and send that sample out for testing or if they do believe it is definitely cancer they will remove it taking an additional 2 to 3 cms of tissue all the way around that is then sent away to check if the margins are clear of cancer, only if they are not then would you need additional treatment such as chemo

Your in the capital city of Georgia so they probably do have resources, like a university where they teach veterinary medicine, your local vet would be where you would start at least with the needle biopsies and surgery if needed
Good luck
