Q:My pup, who is 5 months old...
She was laying next to me this weekend and was trying to "mouth" on me and it felt odd to me...
I opened her mouth and looked and low and behold the bottom canine adults are in and the baby canine are still intact.
Is this pretty normally, they just have to fall out still... or is this something that could be a problem?

A:Your pup should spayed next month at 6 months, while under for the spay your vet can remove any of the baby teeth that are remaining so the adult teeth can come in straight, my own little guy will be getting neutered next month and will also be having baby teeth removed
A:Retaining baby teeth is not uncommon, however, they do need to be removed if they do not fall out on their own. Do you have an appointment with the vet to have her spayed as they can easily be removed at that time?
A:She was spayed 3 weeks ago.
So that's out.
Last night I was playing with her with one of her pull rope toys thinking maybe that would help them get wiggled and get them out.
