Q: Hi I am new to this so hope I am doing it right . I think my alaskan malmute is past due what do i do . is there a way to help her go into labor ? please some one tell me thanks .
A:You call your regular vet immediately, put her in the car and drive her there. There could be complications with the puppies, meaning she's now in an emergency situation that could threaten her life. Please get to the vet ASAP.

A:I would contact your mentor for advice as they would know best. How overdue do you think she is? Why do you only **think** she is overdue? Have you seen your vet? have you been guided through this pregnancy at all? if she is past due by more than 2-3 days, it could signal a problem pregnancy. I really would contact your mentor and your vet.
