Q:our bassett in the last 24 hours is constantly licking his nose and chops, dripping saliva, licking his paws (as the saliva drops there) and it smells VERY fishy. He is a little grumpy but he is otherwise fine.
A:I think you have to see a vet.
A:Sounds like he got into something toxic. I would take hime to the vet right away.
