New type of sun screen?

Q:I live in a rural area so I am house training my Chi puppy (Kenny)to puppy training pads. I would hate for him to become Hawk food so I don't take him outside unless he is in my arms the entire time. We have developed a type of communication; he spends alot of time in my lap and lets me know he needs down by whining and moving restlessly. Last night my husband was holding him and didn't pay attention to what Kenny was trying to say. Instead of putting him down when Kenny started to get restless he put him on his shoulder. Kenny moved over a bit and pooped right on my husband's neck, just below his hairline! It was so funny, I just had to share this story.
