How To Keep Dogs and Cats From Fighting
Place your dog’s food bowl outside of the cat’s room so that the dog will associate the cat with something positive (Of course, make sure it's good food!)
..:::How To Pet
In your clean, plastic container mix the following:

1 part dish soap
1 part apple cider vinegar
3/4 part water
1/4 part glycerine

With the lid on, shake the container vigorously. Inspect the mixture for consistency. Depending on the thickness you desire from your shampoo you will need to add water. I tend to end up at a full part of water when making gallon sized shampoos, and a little less with smaller amounts.

Be careful not to undermix it. Dog's have sensitive skin and the water helps to dilute the chemicals in the dish soap.

Once you are happy with the consistency of your shampoo, store it in a safe, cool place like under the kitchen sink. Try experimenting with different scents of dish soap to make your favorite shampoo. Remember, stay away from harsh soaps, especially if your dog has super sensitive skin.
