Bring your cat or dog to you, and start calling out names. Keep in mind that most pet experts recommend naming your precious animals a one or two syllable name to ease the process.

Some one syllable names; Spike, Ruth, Love, Grouch, Ash, Bo, Duke, Sam, Jake, Max, Splash, Sid, Hiss, Jinx. There are tons more, I suggest going to baby name websites and looking around as well!

Some two syllable names; Toby, Cody, Clara, Baby, Milo, Isis (my girl's name!), Tabby, Error, Sick'em, Lilly, Bobby, BJ, Frisky, Delia, Nemo.
