How To Keep Dogs and Cats From Fighting
Give the cat her own safe area to escape to when she needs it and keep her food bowl and litter box in a separate area from the dog. It might be a good idea to keep it permanently blocked from the dog by a baby gate or door.

Open your phone book to the veterinarian section.
Go over the ads and locate at least 5 different veterinarian offices. You may want to find the closest ones to your home; but to really get a better deal, you should include as many as you can.
Take a piece of paper and write the names of the veterinarian offices. It may be helpful to include the address and phone number, as well. Leave at least 5 spaces in between the names to write notes.
Start with the first office and go through the entire list. Ask each office for the total price of the required cat shots. It is a good idea to get the prices of each shot separately, since your cat(s) may not need all of the shots every year. You will most likely be asked about your cats' history, which you made note of in Step 1.
Once you have the required information, evaluate the prices and decide on the best deal. You may be amazed how much you can save. The complete process can be completed in minutes!
